Rosin Core Soldering Wire
Professional-grade tin solder wire with 2.0% rosin core flux. Designed for clean, reliable joints on electronics, copper, iron, stainless steel, and nickel-plated metals — with minimal smoke and no post-weld cleanup required.
Key Features
- High-purity tin alloy — smooth flow, little oxidation, minimal residue
- Stable rosin distribution — no tangled wire, excellent ductility and conductivity
- Low smoke & eco-friendly — no pungent smell, minimal spatter, safe to use
- Wide compatibility — works on copper, iron, stainless steel, galvanized & nickel-plated metals
Specifications
- Diameter: 0.8mm or 1.0mm
- Available weights: 20g / 50g / 100g (weight includes reel)
- Flux content: 2.0% rosin core
- Melting point: ~183°C (361°F)
- Material: Pure tin
How to Use
- Prep: Clean the surface — remove paint, rust, and grease. Twist thin wires tight.
- Solder: Heat the joint evenly. Touch the wire to the hot spot — it melts above 183°C. Let tin fill the gap fully.
- Cool: Stop heating and let the joint cool naturally. No residue cleanup needed.
Note: Suitable for small repairs and thin-walled parts only. Not a substitute for electric welding machines. Avoid prolonged heating on one spot. Wear protective gloves during use.
